Lately, the term BIM has become more and more common in the daily lives of construction industry professionals. Inside offices, in universities, at meetings, in bar conversations, there's always someone talking about the subject, which really is the topic of the moment. As happens with any novelty, there's a lot of excitement and curiosity, which naturally coexist with a feeling of fear of change. In the talk Everything you always wanted to know about BIM, but had no one to ask, the architect and director of TI Lab, João Gaspar, presents the subject of BIM in an uncomplicated way, with the goal of showing how and why the construction industry's production process is changing, and what to do to take part in that change.
