SINAENCO holds 2nd International Seminar on The BIM Era

SINAENCO (National Union of Architecture and Consulting Engineering Firms) is holding, on August 22, the 2nd International Seminar on The BIM Era. The event will take place at the Teatro Itália, downtown São Paulo.

According to the event website, the seminar will bring together "leading experts from Brazil and around the world to discuss the challenges related to BIM adoption".
Among the highlighted topics, are: "object libraries, standardization, software market normalization, industry 4.0, and facilities management".
The adoption of BIM by public-sector clients will be discussed in a talk by Prof. Rafael Sacks, co-author of the book BIM Handbook.
Case studies of infrastructure projects using building information modeling will be presented.
